Duo WiFi & POE
Watch/Download High Resolution
As indicated by the name, there are two separate cameras in the Reolink Duo. Currently, the app does not allow you to watch the high resolution version of live or recorded video when you are in "dual camera" mode. You must first switch to "single camera" mode.
Toggle to "Single Camera" Mode
When watching the live video, tap the picture to display the control buttons. There is a button in the top-right corner that toggles the live view between dual camera mode and single camera mode.
Select Playback Mode
Now that you are in single camera mode, select the Playback button at the bottom of the page.
Select Camera
Swipe left/right in the video playback area to switch between camera 1 and camera 2.
Select High (aka Clear) Resolution
Just below the video playback area, there are a set of control buttons. One button is labeled "Low" (aka Fluent) or "High" (aka Clear). It is used to toggle the playback resolution. If it currently shows as "Low", click the button and select "Clear". The button will now show as "High".
Select Video Clip and Click Download
Select the video clip that you want to download. After the video clip is playing, select the Download button just above the video clip on the right side to display the Download page.
Click Download Button
On the Download page, click the Download button to save the video clip to your device (phone, tablet, etc). A download progress screen will display. Wait until it displays the "Download succeeded" page. The video clip is now in the Photos app on your device.
Optionally, you can use the sliders just above the Download button to trim the video by adjusting the start and end time for the download.
Exit Playback
To exit the playback mode, click the "X" button in the top-right corner of the playback area.
