Email Sent Folder

When the Reolink Cameras send alerts to AwareNet, the alerts are sent using email. Your email service puts every email sent into the "Sent" folder of your email account. Typically, the emails in the Sent folder stay there until you delete them and they count against the maximum storage space your email account is allowed by your email service. Depending on how many alerts your camera sends, you may run out of space in several months or it may take years. Your service should send you a warning when your email account is getting close to the maximum storage. If you do run out of space on your email account, it will stop sending and receiving all emails.

Here are the options to delete items in your Sent folder to avoid running out of space:

  1. Manually delete all items in your Sent folder.

  2. Manually delete all items in your Sent folder that were sent to AwareNet.

  3. Automatically delete items that are sent to AwareNet.
